Rukshar Dhillon looks lovely and balances glam and acting. Bharath as hero’s friend is good and he brings a few laughs in the audience. Vennela Kishore is hilarious in the role of a news reporter. He has a good scene that takes yet another dig at media. Senior actors Kota and Subhalekha Sudhakar well in supporting roles. The rest of the actors like Naga Babu, Raja Chembolu, Harshvardhan Rane, and others are impressive in their given roles.
Analysis: The movie ABCD is an official remake of a Malayalam film with the same title. The movie definitely has a very good plot and the story worth to be told. The movie first half sets the premise and ends on a very interesting manner and the second half becomes serious but predictable and without any interesting moments. The movie Director Sanjeev Reddy makes his debut with ABCD and he comes up with a safe Remake, But he is failed in writing an arresting screenplay to make the film interesting and it looks like he turned the movie into a mess. The movie songs composed by Judah Sandhy are okay and he did a good job in composing background score and Cinematography by Raam is good. The movie Production values are grand.
- Allu Sirish
- Comedy Scenes in Few parts
- Background score
- No emotional connect
Verdict: All in all ABCD has a storyline but has dull narration. The movie may appeal for B and C centers audiences and others watch this film this weekend with limited expectations.
